the story:
Doodle girl was created by one of my best friends at my first gallery show in 2024. At the time, I was working in the coffee industry full time & spending most of my afternoons working in my studio. Doodle girl was kept as a reminder; that even the simple things done with great love can cultivate deep value in the day to day.

The vision of my work & truly the motivation for my work is based in my faith. Most of my life I have felt like an outsider & my hope is to create spaces where people feel welcomed, loved, and closer to the people they were created to become. Swords to become plowshares.
the (actual) girl
I'm Grace! Most people would describe me as an old soul; gentle, curious, a bit whimiscal. I love love, hygge spaces, stories with happy endings, vintage linens and clothing (just to name a few!). My grandmother introduced me to making when I was a little girl & I started to take it more seriously in college. I've spent a good portion of my life running away from making art & have only found it be a major part of the calling on my life.
